Meta-ZK Office Project

Office Compatible with Young and Dynamic Work Culture

We created a holistic office design that reflects the vision and energy of the brands for two partner companies providing online English and mind coding education. During the project process, we focused on creating a young, dynamic, and innovative work environment in line with the target audience and corporate identity of both brands.

In our design approach, we went beyond the traditional office concept and created flexible and multi-purpose spaces. We designed spatial arrangements that would increase individual motivation of employees and support team interaction. In this direction, we developed "idea corners" that encourage idea development, capsule meeting areas that allow instant socialization, and open office solutions that support comfortable working arrangements.

By incorporating energetic and positive tones in the color palette, we added dynamism and warmth to the space. In this project, our goal was not only to present a design that is aesthetically strong but also to create an office culture that enhances user experience, strengthens employee engagement, and encourages creative productivity.
