Functional and Aesthetic Design for Long-Term Use

We designed kids' rooms for a family with a boy and a girl, focusing on functionality and aesthetics suitable for long-term use. During the design process, we aimed to create flexible solutions that would adapt to the children's age groups and developmental stages.

To maximize functionality in limited square meters, we planned the use of space efficiently. By choosing a simple and timeless design language that adapts to the changing needs of children over the years, we created spaces they would love to use for a long time.

In the boy's room, we designed an integrated wardrobe system that also supports the study area, considering the need for storage. Cabinets placed above the desk provided an organized space for items such as books and toys, while maintaining a spacious usage area in the room.

In both room designs, we offered ergonomic solutions that support both play and learning areas, fostering the children's individual development. For color choices, we used natural tones and calm combinations that would not change with time or age, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere in the space.

Our goal in this project was to provide long-term solutions for both families and children by designing functional, comfortable, and creative spaces that can accompany the children's growth process.
