Historic Ortaköy House

The interior designs of a historic detached house located in Ortaköy were meticulously renewed with respect to the building's unique character and historical texture. The project comprehensively addressed living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, hobby room, bathrooms, and exterior landscape design.

During the design process, the aim was to preserve existing architectural values while harmoniously offering modern living comfort. While user experience was prioritized in spatial organization, a balanced relationship was established between the historical spirit of the building and contemporary design language through unique materials and details.

A timeless elegance was achieved by preferring pastel tones and neutral colors in the color palette. Mirror surfaces supported the deep use of natural light in the space, while natural stone materials were integrated into the design as elements that strengthen both structural and aesthetic integrity.

The aim of this project was to create a sophisticated and balanced interior experience that elevates the historical identity, respects the space's past while offering modern living standards to its users.
